Mole Removal

Cosmetic removal can be performed to eliminate unsightly or bothersome moles. If any concerns exist that the mole or lesion may be skin cancer, Dr. Taylor will require a referral from a primary care physician to assess and treat this issue.

Scar Revision

Facial scars can be difficult to treat despite a number of options in creams, lasers, etc. Surgery can often be performed to hide, reposition, and improve the appearance of scars.

Upper Lid Blepharoplasty

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty is a precise procedure that removes excess skin and, when needed, a small amount of fat to restore a more open, refreshed appearance to the eyes. The incision is carefully hidden within the natural eyelid crease, resulting in a well-concealed scar once healed. The result is a brighter, more youthful look while preserving the natural shape and character of the eyes. This takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Lower Lid Blepharoplasty

Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a refined procedure designed to smooth under-eye bags and restore a more rested, youthful appearance. Through a hidden transconjunctival approach (inside the eyelid), excess fat is carefully reduced or repositioned; when needed, a small skin pinch or gentle fat transfer can be added to improve skin quality and contour. The result is a natural, refreshed look without external scars and with minimal disruption to the eyelid’s structure. Depending on the approach chosen, procedural sedation may be considered for this procedure.

Brow Lift

A brow lift elevates and reshapes the brows to restore a more open, refreshed expression. Depending on your anatomy and goals, this can be performed through a direct temporal approach or an endoscopic-style technique using small, well-hidden incisions within the temporal hairline. Both methods are designed to create a natural lift with minimal visible scarring and a balanced, long-lasting result. This procedures takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete depending on the approach.

Free Fat Transfer

Facial fat transfer is a natural rejuvenation procedure that uses your own purified fat to restore lost volume and soften areas of hollowing in the face. Fat is gently harvested from a donor area, carefully processed, and then artistically injected to enhance contours such as the cheeks, under-eyes, temples, and jawline. The result is a soft, long-lasting, and natural-feeling improvement using your body’s own tissue.

Otoplasty

Otherwise known as ear pinning, otoplasty serves to improve the shape or position of prominent ears. This procedure is performed through a post-auricular incision with specialized suture techniques to recreate the natural contours and position of the eat. This procedure has minimal downtime and offers dramatic results for patients with prominent ears. This procedure takes approximately 45 minutes per ear to complete.

Modified Upper Lip Lift

Using the modified deep plane upper lip lift approach Dr. Taylor shortens the philtrum (the skin between the nose and the red lip) with an incision hidden directly beneath the nose. This results in plump, pretty appearing lips and restores youthful facial harmony. This procedure also reduces or eliminates the need for upper lip filler and avoids the “over filled” appearance occasionally associated with lip filler. This procedure takes approximately 1 hour to complete.

Ear Lobule Repair/Contouring

Earlobes can become stretched or elongated over time giving the ear a larger or aged appearance. Occasionally earrings or stretchers will leave the lobule with a tear or wide hole. This can be repaired to a normal size and shape that can be re-pierced after healing. This procedure takes approximately 20 minutes per side to complete.

Submentoplasty

A deep neck lift, or submentoplasty, is a targeted procedure designed to refine the contour beneath the chin and along the jawline. Through a small, well-hidden incision under the chin, excess fat is removed and the underlying neck muscles are gently tightened to create a sharper, more defined profile. The result is a smoother, more youthful neck contour with natural-looking, long-lasting improvement.
