Pre-Care Tips:

• Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements, such as aspirin, for at least a week before the procedure to minimize bruising.
• Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Stay hydrated and follow any specific instructions provided by your practitioner.

Post-Care Tips:

• Apply ice to the treated area to reduce swelling and discomfort.
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun exposure, and saunas for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
• Do not touch or massage the treated area unless instructed by your practitioner.
• Stay hydrated and avoid drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
• Follow any additional aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of complications.
